Who Can Reserve The Room?

The Community Room is available to be reserved during library regular business hours for large-group gatherings of organizations engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, civic, or charitable events as a public service. No fee for meeting space shall be charged for these groups; however, donations to the Brown County Public Library District are welcome. 

An individual or group representative must be 18 or older to reserve or use the Community Room during regular library business hours without an adult present.
