Calling all Adult and Teen readers!!! Come to the Library to pick up your BOOK BINGO CARD.  Or click the pics above or on FaceBook to get your BOOK BINGO SUMMER READING CHALLENGE CARD that you can just print at home. This is a special Summer Reading Challenge only for adults & teens.   There will be prizes!!!  BOOK BINGO RUNS FROM JULY 11 THROUGH AUGUST 15!  Your name will be entered for each ‘BINGO’ you make.

ILLINOIS BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2018

The Library is very excited to host Betty Carlson Kay – historian, author and actress – who will be presenting her program “Three Illinois Women During the Civil War”

This will be a lively and educational performance that will delight all ages.  This is the Library’s celebration in honor of the Illinois Bicentennial.  Mark your calendars so you do not miss this wonderful program.  In the Heritage Room on Sunday, September 16 from 2-4pm – refreshments will be served.

Story Hour meets Wednesday July 11 from 9:30-10:30

Robin will be leading Story Hour this week with the delightful tale of “Elmer the Elephant”. – a very different looking elephant from the rest of the herd.  This tale will show us how Elmer learns to accept himself just as he is!  We will be making these adorable milk jug elephants and we will show you how you can turn them into a nightlight!

Library Adult Book Club meets next Monday, August 6th
